I’m Michelle Bramlett, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a deep passion for supporting women through the wild, beautiful journey of health and healing.
At Take Root Wellness, Nourishment is the focus. I’m here to help you slow down, tune in, and uncover the root causes of what’s weighing you down—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Personally, I know what it’s like to try "all the things" and still feel stuck.
I’ve been through the rollercoaster of chronic infections, gut issues, and hormonal imbalance myself.
I’ve come out the other side with more clarity, confidence, and compassion...and feeling the best I ever have!

kick us there quicker;)
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I will assess you as a whole person. Taking into account not just
your diet but your overall lifestyle as well. You are a unique individual that deserves attention to what
got you where you are today.
We will go to the roots and start rebuilding a strong foundation together.
Starting with simple adjustments and dialing in to more specifics as needed as we go deeper.
This approach gives you the opportunity to be more in tune with yourself, stronger in your body,
clearer in your thoughts.

Michelle was recommended to me by a mutual friend after I complained about perimenopause and its side effects. The questions and protocol in the program were very in-depth, which I appreciated as it gave Michelle more info into me and what I was going thru with perimenopause (not a one size fits all, but personalized program). The recommendations she made covered food, mind and body. Michelle went the extra mile giving me food recommendations, reading recommendations and just overall friendly suggestions. Working with Michelle over the past few months has been such a blessing. I have tried many other health and weight loss plans over the years, and for the first time, what we are focusing on seems sustainable for the long term for me. I have seen a difference by implementing the small and manageable changes that work with my life, focusing on a few at a time. Working on hormone regulation has also been a priority, and I have seen improvements in my cycle. Michelle came to my rescue after a stay in the emergency department for diverticulitis. By that time I had had recurring diverticulitis for almost 8 years.
