My name is Michelle Bramlett
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a passion for Women's Health and Wellness.
Through my own life, I've experienced the ups and downs of chronic infections, hormonal imbalances & digestive issues. I've known the extremes of fear driven, stringent diets and throwing it all out the window because it was all so exhausting.
I have found beauty in wholeness and simplicity.
I would be honored to walk that path of discovery with you as well.

Michelle was recommended to me by a mutual friend after I complained about perimenopause and its side effects. The questions and protocol in the program were very in-depth, which I appreciated as it gave Michelle more info into me and what I was going thru with perimenopause (not a one size fits all, but personalized program). Working with Michelle over the past few months has been such a blessing. I have tried many other health and weight loss plans over the years, and for the first time, what we are focusing on seems sustainable for the long term for me.
